Service Options
As experienced financial planners, we recognise that client’s individual needs and circumstances are not the same. That is why we offer you three service levels of your choice, depending on your personal circumstances and your stated needs:
- Transactional Advice and Implementation of recommendations
- Standard Traditional Advice and Ongoing service
- Premier Planning Service
The Transactional Service is the service where the client decides he does not want or need ongoing financial help and advice. As an example, this could be where a client has a pension maturing and he wants to know all the options available and to then purchase the most appropriate annuity most suited to his own personal situation.
The Standard Traditional Service is one where we offer ongoing advice and support services. Here clients benefit from a full review of their financial strategies including our 12 point wealth check. We then set up a financial plan and review it in line with their objectives to ensure it continually meets lifestyle changes.
The Premier Planning Service is our ultimate level of service offering unlimited face to face access and communication with me. It is designed for high net worth clients who desire constant contact, help and reviews. To facilitate this service, we use the very latest financial planning software, presently only used by 200 financial planners (out of a total of 65,000 advisers nationwide). With it, we are able to look into your future needs and interpret the results back to present day actions. It is the complete retirement planning tool, which we will use to work with you and the other members of your other professional team to achieve maximum returns.
At our first meeting, which is free, we will go through these service levels with you to outline how we can add value to your retirement plan.
We offer all our clients free access via our website to more detailed briefing information in our Client Library section. This offers a whole range of information on all retirement subjects, tips from solicitors, accountants and tax advisers, and topical press articles.
All the service levels are set out and incorporated into the client’s agreement, a copy of which is available on request. The cost of these services can be by payment of a fee, a commission paid by a product provider, a mixture of the two, or by means of a monthly retainer.
